HCP Science Team Meeting

At the San Marcos Activity Center. Reviewing and discussing some “adaptive management” or minor changes to the HCP agreement, being considered re minimizing impacts of runoff. After this detailed review Wednesday by scientists, there will be a Stakeholder gathering to discuss this also, at 9 a.m. on March 16 at GBRA in Seguin, and then the actual Implementing Five will meet at 1 p.m., March 16 at GBRA to vote on it. The Five are San Marcos, San Antonio, EAA, Texas State and GBRA.
